Wine Dinner at Saddle Peak Lodge

The Duke of Bourbon wine and spirits retailer in Canoga Park is helping to host a wine dinner featuring Semler Winery at Saddle Peak Lodge. The four-course meal will be paired with a Sauvignon Blanc (Tai snapper sashimi), a Pinot Noir (pheasant with gnocchi), a Cabernet (beef with morel mushrooms), and a Viognier Ice Wine (pineapple crumble). The price is $95 plus tax and tip.
