Holdren’s in Newbury Park celebrates happy hour from 4-6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Draft beers are $2.50; some cocktails like the house Margarita and a Smirnoff Cosmo are $5. Small plates of food like French Dip sliders, steak bites, fried calamari, and chicken pot pie cost between $5 and $7.50.
