Cooking Class for College Kids

Tuesday & Wednesday, July 20 & 21, 6-9 p.m.

Send your college-age kids to this cooking class at Main Course California in Ventura designed specifically for those living on their own for the first time.  They’ll learn, in a two-part series, basic knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and how to stock a pantry.  They’ll come away with recipes for cooking on a George Foreman grill, in a toaster oven, and with a crock pot.  The details are here.  The price is $125.  Knowing they won’t starve to death at school–priceless.
