Evan Treadwell, Executive Chef of Lido Restaurant at the Dolphin Bay Resort, will teach guests how to cook abalone. Also giving culinary advice on those tricky shellfish: Brad Buckley, general manager of Ocean Rose Abalone Farm. At 7:30 p.m., everyone will sit down to an abalone dinner with wine. The price is $80.
